If he/she fails to comply with the duty of disclosure in this instance Spirit of Peru Retreat would not have permitted the client to undertake or continue the tour, Spirit of Peru Retreat will not be liable for personal injury, death or property damage, loss incurred by the participant or the cancellation and any related expenses.
