I first heard of the Munay-Ki on a trip to South America when I was deep in the mountains (Apus) of the Sacred Valley, Peru - The Munay-ki is a calling, a knowing, a sensing of when you are ready to connect deeper within yourself drawing on the knowledge of your Ancestors, the elders, the Wisdomkeepers 

It's when you feel a stronger connection with Mother Earth, the mountains, rivers and nature 

What are the Munay-Ki Rites?

The Munay-ki are a nine step process for healing the wounds of our past, from our childhood and the wounds of our ancestors, the genetic and karmic inheritance that we were born into this world with

As you receive each Rite you will find yourself on the path of fire, the rapid path to enlightenment - doors previously shut, will be opened, a sense of knowing, many synchronicities and visions will begin to manifest in your life

Karen has been facilitating the Rites for over 6 years now and  has journeyed to Peru many times recieving Shamanic Initiations from the Qu'eros Shamans of Peru.  She brings over 25 years experience working in the Health & Wellness industry and has held regular meditation Groups, Shamanic Retreats and workshops on the Sunshine Coast for over a decade now.

Karen also runs Spirit of Peru Retreat,  leading tour groups on journeys to this mystical land. After working with Master Shamans there for many years, she now passes on these teachings to you, including past life clearing, cutting cords and ties, karmic releasing, initiations and sacred ceremonies.

Karen's passion is helping you uncover the hidden parts of yourself and find the answers within, so you can align with your true and authentic self.

Katy-Lea Holmes 

Artist & Intuitive Art Therapist

Hello my name is Katy-lea, I create magic in the form of art & creativity.

All of us are on our own unique journey & my journey with art began at a very early age and in many forms. After recently studying holistic creative art therapy, I was presented with a beautiful opportunity to re-connect to my inner artist and learn emotional expression through my creations. It taught me to surrender attachments & judgement not only to aesthetic outcomes, but to all areas of my world.

Expressing myself through the form of art allowed me find my own version of meditation – a space where I could let go, be present and flow from the heart.

Inspired by the ocean, the earth and the magical universe that surrounds us, my art is an expression of the soul and the things that light up my world. These flowing watercolour creations evoke connections to the divine feminine and are designed to fill you with love, light and wonder for the beautiful, natural world that surrounds us.

My hope is to inspire you to expand and re-shape your view on art, so you too can create with magical freedom.

Kate Manley

Kate Manley is Lightworker, Energy Practitioner, Intuitive Guide, Spiritual & Soul Mentor and Sacred Space Holder.

Kate has completed the Munay-Ki Rites, and has trained under Karen. She has a passion for expanding her knowledge and experience in Shamanism, and sharing that through her private sessions and group events.  Kate is the visionary and creator behind Moon & Tide Gatherings, a series of sacred women’s gatherings held regularly on the Sunshine Coast. Her private sessions include Energy Therapy, Intuitive Readings, Spiritual Mentoring, Bespoke Ceremonies and Feminine Embodiment.  Kate Manley is a certified Feminine Embodiment Mentor, certified Sacred Cacao Facilitator, certified Women’s Circle Facilitator, certified Reiki Master, certified Angel Messenger, certified Holistic Health Coach and holds a psychology degree and post graduate qualifications in business.
